Designed, implemented and maintained the web based Corporate Lending Policy.  Went from paper manuals to web based html .

Designed, implemented and maintained all electronic credit forms associated with the lending policy.

Handled receipt, logging in and out and tracking status of all large commitment loans coming into our department for higher level approval.

Designed and prepared monthly Portfolio Analysis Reports which compared summary statistics, i.e. Total portfolio, Non-performing assets, delinquencies, etc. by branch, by region and by corporation for the current month, previous month, previous quarter-end and previous year-end.

Designed and prepared financial and credit related reports for senior management meetings held monthly as well as for Board Meetings held quarterly.  Some of these reports included

 

 

Delinquency reports for all portfolios (YTD, QTD, MTD).
  Charge-Off  reports.
Prepared monthly Loan Loss Reserve for the banking system.  This included on a quarterly basis, preparing and compiling the Loan Loss Reserve Analysis for the Board Meeting.

Prepared Officer Profiles on each lending officer in the banking system.  These profiles detailed information in loan volume (by FDIC code), Graded Loans, Non-Performing Assets, Loan Delinquencies.  These reports were used in officer evaluations as well as an indicator for possible adverse trends.
